Sun Condom Return Policy
At Sun Condom, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your item, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how our return process works:
Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You can return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. If the product shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to decline the return.
- Custom/Personalized Items: Unfortunately, customized products (like items with personalized embroidery or printing) are not eligible for returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
- Original Form of Payment: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.
How to Return or Exchange
- Reach Out to Us: Email us at info@suncondom.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship It Back: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders), or you can ship it back to us at your own cost if you prefer.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
